Designed by Semmelmann Interiors, the 2026 Dream Home is an expression of warmth, character, and intentional living. Hosted by Fort Worth Magazine and benefiting A Wish with Wings, this year’s home invites guests to experience a softer side of luxury, where every space feels collected, personal, and designed to be lived in.

Inspired by the ease of a California retreat with a hint of Cabo, the home blends Mediterranean influence with an organic, refined sensibility. Warm neutrals, earthy textures, touches of blue, graceful arches, and layers of natural materials create a home that feels both elevated and effortlessly inviting. Each room unfolds with its own personality while remaining connected by a sense of warmth and understated sophistication.

From custom furnishings and thoughtfully layered textiles to architectural details considered from the earliest stages of the home, every element reflects the Semmelmann Interiors approach to design: creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but deeply connected to the way people gather, retreat, and live.

Created in collaboration with BRABEC and ELM, the 2026 Dream Home brings together architecture, craftsmanship, and interior design to create a home that feels timeless, collected, and entirely its own.

Beyond the design is a purpose much greater than the home itself. Proceeds from the Dream Home benefit A Wish with Wings, helping grant life-changing wishes for children facing life-threatening medical conditions.
